Detectives at the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station received information on May 14 pertaining to Brian Yeager, who officials say is required to register as a sex offender. It was believed Yeager, 54 years old, moved into the Twin Peaks jurisdiction without registering his new address, in violation of California Penal Code §290. Through investigation, detectives determined that Yeager had moved into a residence in the 400 block of Oriole Drive in March of 2019 without notifying local law enforcement, as required.

A search warrant was executed at the residence on May 21 at 7:39 a.m. During the service of the search warrant, it was determined that Yeager was utilizing the residence to cultivate marijuana illegally. Detectives located approximately 200 marijuana plants and other evidence consistent with an illegal marijuana cultivation operation in violation of California Health and Safety Code §11378, illegal marijuana grow. Detectives contacted the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Marijuana Enforcement Division, which responded to assist with the investigation.

Detectives arrested Yeager for the PC §290 violation along with cultivation of marijuana. His wife, Emina Yeager, age 50, was also at the residence and was arrested for cultivation of marijuana.
