POSSESSION FOR SALES, Bernard Drive at Jungfrau Drive, Crestline (CR). A subject was arrested and transported to CDC for non-narcotic drug sales and controlled substance sales.

FELONY SPOUSAL ABUSE, 23800 block of Lake Drive, CR. A verbal argument turned into a physical altercation when the male subject grabbed his girlfriend by the neck and choked her. The victim had abrasions on her neck. The male subject was gone when deputies arrived and checked the area, unable to locate him.

LOST/STOLEN LICENSE PLATE, 23300 block of Crest Forest Drive, CR. Sometime between 5 p.m. May 15 and 4 p.m. May 16, the license plate was stolen from RP’s vehicle while it was parked in front of Jim’s Automotive.


IMPROPER PLATE/TAB, 600 block of Lee Bert Way, CR. The subject was arrested and cite released for switching a license plate to avoid a citation for expired registration.


PETTY THEFT, 25000 block of Grandview Drive South, CR. RP’s vehicle was burglarized during the night. A CD/radio, bag of tools and mechanics error code scanner were taken.

ELDER ABUSE, 450 block of Dorn Drive, CR. Around 10:30 p.m., the victim’s grandson and his 20-year-old girlfriend were arguing with the victim. The victim said the girlfriend struck her multiple times and bit her cheek. The victim got medical care at the hospital and deputies sought contact information for the suspect.


CRUELTY TO CHILD, 24000 block of Horst Drive, CR. A suspect was arrested for alleged cruelty to a child.


BURGLARY, 24300 block of Bernard Drive, CR. RP arrived at the location and found the lights on and the house broken into. RP wants deputies to check the house to ensure no one is inside.

LOST PROPERTY, 300 block of North State Highway 138, CR. RP lost her wallet at the location.


BURGLARY, 24200 block of Bernard Drive, CR. Unknown subject(s) forced entry into a residence and stole power tools, bedding, utensils and other items totaling approximately $1,010.

CRUELTY TO ANIMALS, 23100 block of Balsam Lane, Valley of Enchantment (VOE). RP woke up to find that her dog is ill. She believes a neighbor poisoned her dog.


COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 27000 block of State Highway 189, Blue Jay (BJ). An unknown white male adult used a metal bat to break a window at the store. He stole two cases of beer; dropped and damaged two other cases.

FELONY SPOUSAL ABUSE, 280 block of South State Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead (LA). RP was injured when she and her boyfriend were involved in a disturbance, during which he took her car keys and her money, leaving her stranded. He was arrested and transported to the Central Detention Center (CDC).

COURTESY REPORT, 27400 block of State Highway 18, LA. A student showed up at Rim of the World High School after being absent for two months. She told a counselor she had been a victim of human trafficking.


UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS, 540 block of Community Way, LA. A male subject was booked at CDC for being under the influence of heroin.

BURGLARY, 540 block of Community Way, LA. RP’s chainsaw was taken from the living room sometime last week.

GRAND THEFT AUTO, 27000 block of West Shore Road, LA. RP’s golf cart was stolen from the driveway.


GRAND THEFT AUTO, 800 block of Virginia Court, LA. RP’s brown box trailer was stolen from the street on Virginia Court.

MISCELLANEOUS INCIDENT, 1300 block of Innsbruck Drive, LA. A male subject with an accidental gunshot wound to his hand requested to go to the emergency room.

GRAND THEFT, 1200 block of Portillo Lane, LA. RP’s vehicle was broken into overnight, but no alarm went off and RP did not know how anyone got in; the vehicle might have been unlocked. RP said his rent money, $1,260 in cash, was taken from the center console.

BURGLARY, 25600 block of North Road, Twin Peaks, (TP). Unknown persons forced entry into a shed and stole a toolbox and two large window air conditioning units.


RESISTING AN OFFICER, 670 block of Cedar Lane, TP. Deputies contacted the male subject and notified him that they had a warrant for his arrest. The subject fled into his residence and refused to come out. The subject was arrested for his warrant and for resisting an officer. He was booked at WVDC.

LOST PROPERTY, 28000 block of Lakes Edge Road, LA. RP left his Toyota truck keys at the bank. He returned immediately, but the keys were gone.

PETTY THEFT, 26000 block of Forest Lane, TP. RP left her phone charging outside McDonald’s while she went inside to eat. The phone was gone when she returned.


PETTY THEFT, 100 block of Birchwood Drive, LA. Unknown persons stole RP’s five-foot-tall, wooden hand-carved bear from in front of her residence.


VANDALISM, Lake Arrowhead Village, LA. A white male adult in his 20s was told to leave the Village due to his intoxication level and behavior. The subject reportedly was agitated when told to leave and was seen going behind Lakeview Realty. Village security could hear the sound of breaking glass there. A vehicle was found with a broken front driver’s side window.

VANDALISM, 200 block of Flower Drive, LA. The residence owner returned home and found a window broken. The repair cost is $250.


FOUND PROPERTY, Lake Resort Road at Lakes Edge Road, LA. Someone found a faux leather bag on the sidewalk with belongings inside.


ROBBERY, 25800 block of Mile Pine Road, TP. The victim was walking to the store when two subjects exited a vehicle and assaulted him. They stole his iPhone, wallet with $380 in cash, and keys to two vehicles.

MISCELLANEOUS INCIDENT, 800 block of Bear Springs Road, TP. Cabin No. 20 at Antlers Inn caught fire. The cause is under investigation.


TOW AUTHORITY, Crab Flats, Grass Valley Lake (GVL). One male and one female were arrested for outstanding warrants; the male was cite released at the emergency room for breathing issues; the female was booked at West Valley Detention Center (WVDC) in Rancho Cucamonga; and their vehicle was towed.

IDENTITY THEFT, 33000 block of Carlock Drive, Arrowbear (AB). Verizon Wireless informed the reporting party (RP) that someone opened a second account using RP’s Social Security number.


PETTY THEFT, 33000 block of Green Valley Road, GVL. RP said a certain suspect has entered the market on a number of occasions and has taken items he did not pay for. Deputies were unable to locate the suspect but will try again later.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY, 30000 block of Live Oak Drive, Running Springs (RS). Unknown suspects attempted to enter the victim’s home. They were not successful, but the cost to repair damages to the door and windows will be approximately $1,800.


BURGLARY, 30600 block of Live Oak Drive, RS. RP identified a specific individual she believes to be the suspect who entered RP’s residence through a bedroom window and stole cash and other items.


BURGLARY, 30000 block of Nob Hill Circle, RS. RP’s residence was broken into between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.


ARSON, 31800 block of Hilltop Boulevard, RS. An unknown person set a small fire of clothing and miscellaneous items on RP’s balcony.

FRAUDULENT USE OF A CREDIT CARD, 2500 block of Rim of the World Drive, RS. An unknown person used the victim’s information to make a purchase in the amount of $264.18 at


ARSON, Upper State Highway 330, upper passing lane, RS. A white male was seen walking in the down-bound lanes, in front of City Creek guard station. The fire chief requested that deputies check him out.

BURGLARY, 31400 block of Deer Lick Lane, RS. Unknown suspects forced entry through the locked glass sliding door of RP’s upper level deck. The interior of the residence was ransacked, and stolen items include a 46-inch television, power tools, a DVD player, and $365 worth of other electronics and games.

COURTESY REPORT, 31100 block of Valley Oak Drive, RS. RP’s daughter and grandson are visiting. RP’s 6-year-old grandson told them that his father has been molesting him.
